We designs super fine corn/maize flour milling processing line with capacity of 30T/D-2000T/D. The maize flour fineness is 40-200 mesh adjustable. 

 We designs scientific corn germ extraction and corn grit, flour milling plants. The corn germ extraction yield can reach as high as 6%-8%. 

 The percentage of corn grits, flour, and animal feed are as below: Corn grit: 36-45%, Corn/maize flour: 25%-35%, and animal feed: 19-35%. The feed stands 19-23% after corn germ extraction, 25-35% without germ extraction. 

 

There are different designs of corn processing liens available on basis of customer’s requirement.
●Common corn milling machine adopts galvanized sheet designed wind network, brake crone dust or dust cloth tube, and manual button operation platform.
●High-end corn milling machine adopts prefabricated pipe, pulsed dust removal system, and automatic PC centralized control system.
High-end corn milling machine has shape that is more beautiful and longer serving lifetime. It is easier to operate.
